Hey everyone! I'm here to review the new "Nebulas" collection by Lacquered U.P.
If you are not familiar with the brand, the U.P in the name stands for "unicorn pee"! That's right, Elissa named her brand after the elusive pigment and incorporates UP into almost all of her polishes.
The Nebulas collection, as well as some mystery prototypes, will be available on Thursday, June 27th 4:30 PST at https://lacqueredup.bigcartel.com. All 5 polishes will be available for pre-order, but don't waffle too long as these polishes are not guaranteed to be around for the full pre-order period.
This is part one of my review and will consist of the Nebula trio. Part two will consist of the Galaxy duo. Now let's get to the polish!
Flaming Star Nebula 🌠
A turquoise/teal jelly based polish with subtle orange shimmer, some other sparkly pigments, silver sparks, and micro chrome flakies that look like sparkly stars. Packed with UP!
This one has an amazing formula and all 3 coats glided on. I definitely could have gotten away with just two coats, as it is one pigmented jelly. Despite being pigmented, I did not experience any staining. Those micro chrome flakies are icing on the cake!

Purple Nebula 🌠
An indigo/violet purple base with an intense spearmint green/teal shimmer. Packed with UP!
Easy to work with formula. This polish is a morpher and can lean more blue in artificial or dimmer lighting. The green/teal shimmer contrasts amazingly with the UP.

Neon Nebula 🌠
An ultra multichrome magnetic, with a galaxy-like base, lots of unicorn pee, & bright vibrant shifts!
Neon Nebula is an easy to work with magnetic. The magnetic particles stayed in place and I did not experience any blurring, which can happen with some magnetic polishes. No undies were used in these swatches, but it can be applied over black or another dark color, if you desire.
